ANDREW HARMAN

President

Andrew has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial construction field. Growing up in a construction family, Andrew has always had a passion for building and designing. He earned his bachelor’s degree in 2007 from Purdue University School of Technology in Building Construction Management.

Prior to his role as a project manager, Andrew gained valuable first-hand experience of the business working on J.A. Wagner job sites with carpentry and concrete crews. He has learned from the ground up how to build, manage, and operate a successful project from start to finish. Andrew has been a project manager at J.A. Wagner for nearly ten years, beginning his first five years at the Florida division of the company.

Andrew enjoys building relationships with customers and having the opportunity to turn a client’s vision into a building that they can be proud of for years to come. Andrew is a member of the Butler Builder Advisory Council. He is also a member of the Elkhart Rotary Club, where he enjoys being an active member of the greater Elkhart community. Andrew is also an active member of the Construction Leadership Network, where he engages in continuous construction education.
