Kaylee spent her summers during college working the front desk at Wagner and officially joined the team full-time in January 2025. She is a proud graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, where she earned her degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business.

Before transitioning into the construction industry, Kaylee began her career in the physical therapy field. She brings strong communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to her role, qualities that help support both the team and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Kaylee is proud to be part of the Wagner team and looks forward to contributing to its continued growth while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

In her free time, Kaylee enjoys staying active, exploring local events, traveling to new places, and spending time on a boat or at the lake with friends and family.
