J.A. Wagner Construction was selected to design, build, and manage this extensive structural renovation project at the former Monaco RV facility in Wakarusa, Indiana. Due to the revised flow patterns of the new occupant, Keystone RV, several existing modular columns needed to be removed. Three girder trusses, up to 80 feet long, were installed with new jack posts and bracing to accommodate this change.

Keystone RV also needed a new area to rain test their completed mobile home units. After designing a layout, more than 700 linear feet of four-inch pre-sloped ACO drain was installed to capture the water runoff. The floor was also diamond texturized to create a safe, non-skid surface.
