TONY HARMAN
Secretary/Treasurer
Tony graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management and a minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Tony spent his high school and college summers working on field crews and completed a drafting internship before joining J.A. Wagner in 2009.
Tony has always worked diligently to learn the skills of every role from the ground up and became a project superintendent in 2012. Later he transitioned to a designer and draftsman role and was promoted to project manager in 2015.
Never one to be complacent, Tony developed a deep understanding of the entire construction process. He finds fulfillment in taking a project from conceptual drawings to a finished building. Clients notice his enthusiasm and remark on his determination to find the best solution for their project.
Working across company levels gave Tony a deep well of knowledge to draw from. He enjoys the challenge of designing a building and taking it through the full project cycle.
In his free time, Tony focuses on serving his family and church. If he’s not spending quality time with his wife and 3 children, he’s often volunteering at their church. Always active, Tony also finds time for home brewing, dabbling in woodworking, hiking, and adventuring to new and interesting places.
